The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)

  • Legacy Behavioral Health Services Crisis Center is funded by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) to provide non-hospital emergency services 24/7/365 for persons served of eighteen (18) years of age and older with mental health, substance abuse (drug and alcohol), and co-occurring disorders. Services provided include assessment and triage, 24-hour temporary observations (6 beds), and short-term crisis stabilization (24 beds).
